The tenant did state he could see a lot of daylight coming in around the hoses that run to the outside and was concerned about mice or insects coming in. I filled that with spray foam today. There was also a mess of screws, a band strap and many pieces of wire left on the floor in front of the furnace. I will forward photos via email.

616-891-4328"The guys were friendly and did a good job. Communication begore the work was done could be better. If I didn't contact them, I wouldn't have know when the install was going to happen. I understand I was having a heater installed in a garage during the summer when I'm sure they were busy doing air conditioners so it probably wasn't a high priority for them but I shouldn't have had to contact them about installation schedule."
